We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Jerry from the staff. From the moment we arrived, Jerry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He was always available to help with anything we needed – from recommending great local spots to eat, to arranging transportation and answering all our questions with a smile. His genuine kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Jerry is a real asset to the hotel, and we’re very grateful for all his help. Highly recommended – and if you stay here, be sure to say hello to Jerry!

The hotel was beautiful, love the design, its interior. As you arrive you are greeted and taken cared of by their staff. From receptionist, front desk, concierge and all were attentive to our needs. The bedroom was pretty and clean, had all the basic stuff you need. Slept in comfort. Dined at the Japanese restaurant located in the same hotel which served good food plus, dined at the hotel restaurant where servers were very attentive, food was good too. Our flight was late in the evening and the staff was kind enough to extend our stay free of charge for late check out until 4pm. We highly recommend this hotel, such a great choice!

The hotel and staff was nice and very helpful. Buffet spread was good and bed is so comfy. Our room was huge too.
